Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation. Please review the confirmation details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Holistic Eco-Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival or as specified at the time of booking.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Cash payments are accepted at the property.

All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Promotional rates and special offers are subject to their own specific terms and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the check-in date: Full refund of the advance payment, less any applicable processing charges.

Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Holistic Eco-Resort strongly recommends that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be arranged in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or equivalent) at the time of check-in.

Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. Details will be recorded as required by law.

Holistic Eco-Resort is a family-friendly property. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff, and the natural environment.

Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or any activity that disturbs the peace of the resort is strictly prohibited, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms, common areas, or near the forest is strictly prohibited.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted in designated areas only. Guests are responsible for their own conduct while consuming alcohol on the premises.

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times, particularly near water bodies, the pool, and forest areas.

Holistic Eco-Resort is committed to environmental sustainability. The use of single-use plastics is strictly prohibited on the property.

Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity during their stay. Please switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving your room.

Do not disturb the local flora and fauna. Picking plants, feeding wild animals, or removing any natural material from the property is not permitted.

Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins provided. Guests are requested to segregate waste where possible.

The resort is certified under Green Farm Tourism by the Government of Kerala. We ask all guests to respect and uphold these standards during their stay.

All outdoor activities including trekking, rope activities, zipline, and waterfall visits are undertaken at the guest's own risk.

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by resort staff and guides. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or who are pregnant are advised to consult their physician before participating in any physical activity.

The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during all activities.

Ayurvedic treatments are available by prior appointment. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

Guests are advised to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications to the therapist before commencing treatment.

The resort is not liable for any adverse reactions arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information.

Treatments are non-refundable once commenced. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

Holistic Eco-Resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe where available and to keep valuables secure.

The resort's liability to any guest shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and improving our services.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g., payment processors).

By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described above.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with a booking at Holistic Eco-Resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kannur, Kerala.

Holistic Eco-Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
