HOLISTIC ECO-RESORT MOBILE APP — ACCOUNT DELETION
Holistic Eco Resort provides the following ways for guests to request deletion of their mobile-app account and associated app-controlled profile data.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE APP
If you can sign in to the Holistic Eco-Resort mobile app:
1. Sign in to your guest account.
2. Open My Account.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Type DELETE when requested.
6. Review the final confirmation before proceeding.
Account deletion is permanent once successfully completed.
REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APP
If you cannot access the app, email:
booking@holisticstay.in
Use the subject:
Guest account deletion request
Authorized resort staff will verify the request using the guest's account email and relevant booking or account details.
Do not send your password, verification code, payment-card information, or identity documents through ordinary email unless specifically required through an appropriate secure process.
WHAT WILL BE DELETED
After appropriate verification, the guest's Amazon Cognito account and app-controlled account and profile data will be deleted.
Deleting the mobile-app account does not automatically cancel, change, or delete a resort booking.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
Booking, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, legal, or compliance records may be retained where required, only for as long as necessary.
Deleting the app account does not automatically delete or alter records held in Simplotel or another third-party booking system.
Any retained historical records are not treated as an active Holistic Eco-Resort mobile-app account.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Account deletion and booking cancellation are separate processes.
If you need to change or cancel a resort booking, contact Holistic Eco Resort separately using the contact information above.
